Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Noblesocks purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

Returns

We will provide a full refund for purchases that meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You return the products to us within 30 days of receipt of your order using tracked delivery.
  • Condition: Unless faulty, items must be returned in resaleable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them, and with any labels and packaging intact.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at returns@noblesocks.com to notify us of your return.
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
  3. Send your return using a tracked delivery service to:

  4. Keep your tracking number and proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs, either of your original order or the return shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@noblesocks.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as full-price items.
