Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Please include your order number with your return
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@noblesocks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we are happy to exchange your item. Items must be in like-new condition. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Payment & Shipping
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Shipping Rates
- UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3-5 working days)
- UK Express Delivery: £5.95 (1-2 working days)
- Free UK Delivery: On orders over £50
- International: Calculated at checkout
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of any damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@noblesocks.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait to receive it and then follow our returns process.
Product Information
We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
