Socks for the ordinary day: the desk, the commute, the dog walk, the school run. Nothing technical about it, which is the point. A good everyday sock should be soft, stay fresh from morning to evening and fit inside a proper shoe without making it tight.

Alpaca is the warmer, softer option and kind to skin that finds wool itchy. Non-mulesed merino copes with a cold platform and an overheated office in the same day. Both come in no-show, ankle and crew lengths.

Why wear wool socks every day?

Wool breathes, resists odour and helps regulate temperature, so it stays comfortable from morning to evening, all year.

How do I make them last?

Turn alpaca socks inside out and wash them cold on a wool or delicates cycle. Merino socks can be washed at 30°C on a wool cycle. Never tumble dry either.
